At Dear Black and Women, we understand the transformative power of mentorship. That’s why we’ve created our Supportive Sisters mentorship programme to connect professional Black women with Black teenage girls.

Our mission is to provide Black teenage girls with the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals. We believe that representation matters and that by connecting Black teenage girls with mentors who look like them and understand their experiences, we can help them unlock their full potential.
Our programme is designed to provide a supportive and empowering environment where young Black women can grow and succeed with the guidance of professional Black women mentors in the UK.
