As a community interest company, Dear Black Women and Girls CIC is dedicated to empowering and supporting Black women and girls through a variety of projects and  programmes. Whether it’s through mentorship, community events, or other resources, we create safe and inclusive spaces where Black women and girls can thrive. Black women and girls face discrimination and oppression due to their intersectional identities as both Black and female. That's why we've made it our mission to empower and uplift our community by addressing the issues that collectively affect us. We provide resources, education and opportunities to promote our wellbeing and success. We also work to tackle causes of gendered racism and misogynoir and promote diversity, inclusion and representation. With your support, we can continue our impactful work, creating a more just and equitable society that includes Black women and girls too. Join us in our mission to uplift and empower our community.

Thank you for your interest in getting involved! There are many ways to support and get involved, including:

Donating: Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps us to continue our mission and make a positive impact. You can make a donation on our website or through mail.

Volunteering: We always welcome volunteers who want to support our mission by giving their time and skills. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available such as event planning, administrative work, and more.

Partnerships: Collaborating with other organisations and businesses can help us to reach more people and have a greater impact. If you're interested in partnering with us, please contact us.

Mentorship: We offer mentorship opportunities for those who want to support our mission by sharing their knowledge and experience with others. If you're interested in becoming a mentor, please contact us.

To make a real difference, we rely on the support of individuals, local communities, businesses, organisations, and government initiatives who believe in our mission.

To fund our work, we use a variety of sources. We actively search for and apply for grants that align with our mission. We also partner with other organisations and businesses to generate funding and expand our reach. Additionally, we generate income by offering services specifically tailored to Black women and girls. We also appreciate the generosity of any individuals and organisations who make donations to support our work.

We are always open to new opportunities and ways to make a difference in the lives of Black women and girls. If you want to support our mission and get involved, please don't hesitate to contact us. We would love to hear from you.
